Called in a panic for a last minute dumpster delivery on a Saturday. Ron called me back quickly after I left a voicemail and then had the dumpster to us (after a 90 minute drive) right away. Very nice to work with.

I cannot tell you how amazing this company is to work with and how they go above and beyond to help out a customer. 

One Sunday, we were moving out of a storage unit as that was the only date we could do this as we were from out of state from where the storage unit was located. 

We found Michiana-Bin There Dump That and to our surprise they answered. Not only did they answer our call, but the gentleman said he could be there in an hour. He was so helpful and really went above and beyond any company I’ve ever worked with. 

We were definitely in a bind as we didn’t realize that our rental truck would not hold all items and we needed to figure a way to dispose of the extra items as we couldn’t leave any items in the unit or we would be charged a significant fee. 

As mentioned earlier, we were out of state and would not be able to get back in months and really needed to get rid of the unit. I highly recommend this company and would use them again! They saved the day for us and I could not be more thankful! Thank you!

They were friendly, helpful and delivered when they said they would and picked up when they said. The bin was clean very easy to use with doors that opened. Many other dumpsters come out in desperate need of repair. Not these, open and close the doors with ease. An excellent local company! Brittany, the office manager, was very professional and answered all of my questions when setting up the rental. Ron, the owner, was punctual, professional, and friendly. I've used other companies in the past, but this company excels at customer service and quality. Prices are reasonable and being able to use it for yard waste saved money to hire that service out. Brittany is very knowledgeable and kind. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. We talked about why I needed one (flooded basement) and when I wanted it. I talked to Brittany on Friday and expected delivery Saturday afternoon. The delivery driver (Ron) called later on Friday, he'd be there in about an hour. Wow!! Brittany had spoken with Ron about our situation. They moved some things around in order to get to us ASAP. Service this exceptional is a rare commodity these days. It was very easy dealing with Bin There Dump That. The web-site showed the various sizes available and the real thing was exactly the same. Calls were answered or returned quickly. The dumpster was delivered and picked up on time and was clean. The information they sent on what should or not be dumped was very helpful.

Brittany was very nice to work with on the phone, pleasant and informative. The owner delivered the dumpster bin and left it in a very convenient (for us) but difficult to access (for him) place. They picked up promptly when we were done. Very accommodating all around! Reasonable price and great service.

Nice family business. The lady answering the phone(Brittany) is very pleasant to talk to and informative. The man delivering the bin was very professional and answered all questions asked.
